Refunds & Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, and it hasn't been on its way yet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you with the cancellation procedure and issue a full refund.
For personalized creations, please inform us within 6 hours of purchase in case you changed your mind, BEFORE we start creating your item, but please understand that if you are ordering a custom item we cannot cancel your order after we have started the creation of your item.

RETURNS:
You are able to return a creation within a time frame of 30* days from the day your order has been mailed. If 30 days have passed since that date, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund.

*If you are a resident of South America or Mexico, you are able to return a creation within 60 days from the day your order has been mailed due to the prolonged delivery times.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the invoice/legal receipt must be returned as well.

Few of our creations are exempt from being returned. They are the following:

~ Personalized Creations

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are considered "custom" pieces that we create after receiving special requests from a customer which are unique designs and/or alterations not included in the regular line of my products. Custom orders must be paid in full before we start creating your design. There will also be a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE fee, to cover the material cost of the items.

RETURNED PARCELS:
If your package is returned to us marked as "unclaimed", "address does not exist", "incomplete address" etc., the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs for mailing the package again.
Returned parcels are NOT eligible for refunds.

LOST PARCELS:
A domestic package is not considered to be lost until 20 business days have passed. International orders are not considered to be lost until after 30 business days* have passed. If your package has been determined to be lost, we will replace your order after this time period. Our policy for lost packages is REPLACEMENT of the original** order.

* For South America, it might take up to 3 months for your parcel to arrive by Simple Air Mail, while for Mexico it might take up to 2 months.

** One-Of-A-Kind Designs are excluded; please contact us in the rare case your parcel has not arrived.

EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange the creation of your purchase with another product, feel free to contact us so we can present you with alternative options.

WRONG SIZE: You should read the description of each listing carefully. In addition, as stated in our F.A.Q., you will be able to find all the information needed, regarding measuring your wrists, upper arm, or neck; you will also be able to find the recommended sizes for everyone -according to statistics-, in case you would like to purchase one as a gift. In case you choose the wrong size and the creation you received is either too big or too small, feel free to contact us so you can return the item to us, and we will create a new one for you that will fit perfectly, according to the (new) measurements that you will provide.

REFUNDS:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. An example of this is if we receive any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons out of our control. Additionally, if an item is returned after the 30 business days time frame, it won't be eligible for a refund.

Please have in mind that once your order is on its way, shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
